We have been staying at this hotel for 13 years now and we absolutely love it. The location is excellent, situated in a quiet area with a beautiful beach just moments away. The hotel itself is luxurious and provides enhanced comfort. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and efficient. They truly go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The outdoor areas, including the pool and terrace, are spacious and comfortable. It's also conveniently close to the main city, making it easy to explore and visit nearby beaches. this hotel is a real gem and we highly recommend it to anyone.
There are no negative aspects to mention about this hotel. It truly is a fantastic place to stay and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience.

The hotel is in a great position just across from the beach, allowing for easy access to sun and surf. the main restaurant offers a variety of delicious meals, including Spanish themed nights. the hotel is conveniently located close to Cala Blanca centre commercial, providing easy access to shops and restaurants.
There were a few flies in the dining room food area and snack bar, which could be off-putting.

The locations is very good, to go to Cala Blanca beach, you just have to cross the street. Ciutadella is close, taxi cost +/- 8 euro. The bathroom is spacious for the price, there is even a bath. The staff is very helpfull and always friendly.
The breakfast is not good, the coffee doesn't deserve it's name.

Located close to the beach and has a nice swimming pool. There was a gym on-site which I found to be more than adequate. The bar was well stocked and the staff were always willing to give service with a smile.
The food at the restaurant lacked variety and wasn’t to my taste. The room was quite small and basic, not what I expected.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with a beautiful cove just a short walk away and the beach right on our doorstep. The hotel facilities were great, including a gorgeous pool area with plenty of shade and trees. The staff were friendly and efficient, especially Christina who was extremely helpful in providing information about places to visit and how to get there. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, with everything being well-maintained and spotless. a wonderful experience.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk from a lovely beach and a bus stop right outside. the pools and gardens were well maintained, offering plenty of sunbeds. the WiFi was free and had a good signal. the room had a fridge and a large TV.
The food options were limited and not of the highest quality. the alcohol choices were poor and often tasted cheap and watered down.
